Grant readiness

Close the gaps that keep good organizations from applying.

No EIN? Thin board docs? No SAM/UEI? Funders notice. We package the fixes — and coordinate licensed partners when filings need them — so you can compete when funding opens.

Who this is for

If you are still assembling the basics, you do not need a writer yet. You need readiness.

Nonprofits before first big asks

You want foundation or federal money, but the legal and board basics are still incomplete. We get that house in order.

Small businesses eyeing funding

Entity, EIN, and registrations are not paperwork for later — they are the gate. We help you clear it.

Teams mid-gap

You know something is missing (SAM, bylaws, narratives) and need a sequenced plan, not another vague checklist.

Readiness FAQ

How this differs from writing, who handles legal filings, and how long it takes.

Is this the same as hiring you to write a grant?+

No. Readiness is its own service: formation, registrations, governance, and document kits. Writing is a separate engagement when you are ready to apply.

Are you lawyers?+

No. Legal filings and tax-exempt opinions go through licensed attorney or CPA partners. We manage the readiness project and the operational pieces.

How long does it take?+

EIN and SAM work can move in weeks. Formation and 501(c)(3) take longer. The diagnostic call gives you a realistic timeline for your gaps.

What do I walk away with from the call?+

A clear gap list, a priority order, and a proposal for the packages that close them.

Know something is missing — not sure what?

Bring your entity status, board situation, and target timeline. Leave with a gap list and a priced plan to close it.
